Eric Anders

Coach Eric began his triathlon journey at an early age, competing in his first IronKids triathlon at 7 years old.
Growing up, he competed on the local swim team and ran cross country and track. Eric went on to run collegiately at the NAIA level, making National Appearances in Cross Country, in the 4×800 and in the Marathon.
Ever since that first IronKids race, Eric has never stopped competing in triathlons. He has raced all distances, from Sprint to IM.
Eric has coached swim team, worked as a Personal Trainer, and is now the owner of Colorado Spine and Joint Center, a chiropractic clinic that specializes in helping endurance athletes show up to the starting line pain free and ready to perform their best.
Eric believes strongly in communicating regularly with his athletes and is always available to help meet their needs and offer advice and encouragement. He understands that most of us are not just endurance athletes and that our daily life can take a toll on us, making it critical that he remain approachable and adaptable in his training plans.
He believes that in everything he does, that it must be done for the good of the athlete.
