Coach Liz Eser

I grew up playing volleyball and basketball, playing both at the collegiate level. It wasn’t until my senior year of college where I found my love for running, when I joined my college’s cross country team. A few weeks after graduating college in 2012, I ran my first marathon and then completed my first triathlon in 2013. Since my first races, I have finished 11 marathons, 5 Ironman’s, 4 70.3’s, countless other triathlons and running races, and have qualified for the Boston Marathon and the 70.3 Ironman World Championships.

I have a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Professional Wellness and am an ACSM CPT. I currently work full-time as a Health Promotion Facilitator and coach both High School Cross Country and High School Girls Basketball. As a mom, who has very busy weeks, I understand the importance of prioritizing your time and finding the right balance of family, work, and training.
