Liz Baugher

Kylee grew up a competitive distance runner from a young age. She ran cross country and track and field on full scholarship for both the University of Richmond and Metropolitan State University in Denver. Post collegiately, she has continued to race competitively and is currently stepping into the trail racing realm. Kylee has an extensive background working in the endurance sports world. She was a collegiate XC and track and field coach at UNC Charlotte (NC), as well as high school assistant track and cross country coach at Niwot High School (CO). She was a volunteer director/athlete coordinator for World Triathlon Corporation in Boulder, CO for 3 years and is currently a race organizer/volunteer director for local races near her home in Carbondale, CO. Kylee began studying nutrition in 2011 and became a Registered Dietitian in 2018. Right after, she started her business, FlyNutrition, which focuses on sports and performance nutrition. Kylee has worked with a number of athletes from endurance to general fitness, and uses science based information to guide her recommendations. She also writes monthly columns for Trail Runner Magazine and has been quoted in Outside Magazine Online. Kylee performs in person and virtual nutrition sessions and is happy to chat about your nutrition goals before setting up a full session!
